Investor selects you from the directory. The full project budget is already in escrow when you start.
You complete the agreed deliverables for the current phase. Upload progress photos to the platform as you go.
When the phase is done, you mark it complete on the platform. An inspector is dispatched within 24 hours.
Inspector verifies deliverables on camera and grades materials. Their report goes to the investor for review.
Investor approves. 20% of escrow (less platform/inspection fees) is wired to your registered bank account within 24 hours.
